Whey Smoothies!I love Whey Smoothies. Whey powder is an ideal source of protein and essential amino acids...and it tastes great! I almost always have one for breakfast, and often have one for lunch too.
Mix well in your blender or hand blender. Enjoy! Add blueberries, strawberries or peaches to vanilla whey pqwder to make a refreshing fruit smoothie!
Note: If you are mixing it with water to avoid the carbs, try adding a teaspoon (or more to taste) of whipping cream...it makes it taste creamier. This will add 0 carbs and 15 calories per teaspoon that you add. * Psyllium Powder is a fiber that promotes regularity and colon health.
