The 2000 calorie per day diet is a myth!

Is it just me, or do you look at nutrition labels and think 2000 calories per day is a normal amount of food to eat? I've always thought that, but no, it's not true. Even tho I work out an hour or more almost every day, I still can't eat 2000 calories. If I do, I gain weight. It's not fair!

I am currently at 137 pounds. I'm still dieting and trying to lose, but not having much success. That's okay, because I'm not gaining. But, sometimes I wish I could eat more food! Oh well, it feels alot better to eat less and be thin, than pig out and feel bloated and gain weight. So I keep working at it.

Sigh.
