Thanksgiving Diet Plan
I weighed 140 this morning...yeah! Usually, halloween blows my diet in october and I don't lose anything. But I successfully resisted candy this year and my diet stayed on track.
I will not blow it tomorrow on Thanksgiving. I plan to get in a 2 hour workout so I burn 1000 calories. That will allow me to eat 2200 calories that day. That should be plenty for the day to include a reasonable thanksgiving meal...but I still can't pig out on stuffing, mashed potatoes and pie. I will allow myself 1 piece of pumpkin pie.
