I dropped below 150 lbs - yippie!Today I weighed in at 149 - a new low point for me :-)I'm so happy! Only 4 more pounds to go and I will have lost 100, and reached my original goal. Tho, now that I am a triathlete, I want to attain a lean athetic body, so I plan to keep trying for 10 more pounds. I know it will continue to be slow going, because each 10 pounds I lose gets harder and harder. But I don't care because I plan to keep doing this forever. What exactly am I doing? I am eating according to the south beach diet phase 2 rules. I am counting calories and staying around 1200-1400 on days I don't exercise. When I exercise, I go to caloriesperhour.com and figure out how many calories I burned. I allow myself that many more for that day.
