How to Burn the Fat during the holidays

This is a wonderful time of the year, but it can also
be a stressful time because many health and fitness
minded people find it very challenging to stay on their
fat burning programs over the holidays.

Many people will slide backwards and gain 6-10 pounds
between thanksgiving and the new year.

if you want to stay in shape or even improve your shape
