Feeling deprived and pigging out
I've been feeling deprived ever since having to skip meals on my "Cancun Diet". It's making want to me pig out! Usually, I eat 3 meals a day, 2 snacks a day, and several cups of low cal tea or hot cocoa. I think having to skip meals while travelling, left me feeling deprived of food and I want to make up for it. I never realized it before, but I think this is an important key in successful dieting...that you do eat enough food while dieting so you don't feel deprived.
I am working hard today to totally avoid carbs (like phase 1 of South beach), and to drink plenty of decaf tea without milk (no calories). I need to get back on track ASAP!!!
