Email: Surfing the net to find a good diet...I received this email from a website visitor:Hello Carol , I was surfing the net to find a good diet as i need to lose some weight and i found your lovely site. You look marvellous! congratulations on this real success. I think i'll begin my diet tomorro. I am 180 cms and 87 kgs , so i'll work on losing at least 5 kgs [11 pounds] before 18/8 as it's my cousin's wedding party.. I wonder if it's possible to smash these 5 kilos within 20 days or not .... and i still don't know what diet to follow exactly ... wish me luck plz ... am glad for u :) Here is my reply: Hello, Thanks for visiting my website and writing to me. 5 kilos is a lot to lose in 20 days. However, the South Beach diet phase I is a great way to jump start a diet and break carb/sugar addiction. The best diet plan is one that encourages lifelong healthy eating habits and also incorporates exercise.... Eat Less Food, Exercise More, Repeat. It can be hard, but well worth it.
