Calorie Counter

I found a great website for counting calories!

Here's what I ate today...I really need to cut 200 calories out of my day!
Food Item Calories

3 c coffee w/milk - 120 (40 calories each cup)

Chocolate Smoothie - 230

5 raw almonds - 33

string cheese - 72

small peach - 31

fruit smoothie - 290

coleslaw - 50

low carb ice cream - 90 (slim a bear bar)

microwave popcorn - 30 (mini bag)

crustless quiche - 400 (I use whole milk instead of cream to save calories)

small peach - 30 (got to eat those georgia peaches up!)
