3 c coffee w/milk – 120 (40 calories each cup)

Chocolate Smoothie – 230

5 raw almonds – 33

string cheese – 72

small peach – 31

fruit smoothie – 290

coleslaw – 50

low carb ice cream – 90 (slim a bear bar)

microwave popcorn – 30 (mini bag)

crustless quiche – 400 (I use whole milk instead of cream to save calories)

small peach – 30 (got to eat those georgia peaches up!)
