Becoming an Exercise Nut!

My jogging has been going well. I cut back to only doing a 1/2 mile on a dirt path, rather than 1 whole mile on the road. I still walk/jog about 1.5 miles….just not pushing myself to jog a whole mile any more. My hip no longer hurts

Watch the Nuts…

When you are following a low carb diet, be careful about nuts. Yes, nuts are a healthy low carb snack with the “good” kind of fat. But, they are also very high in calories. It’s easy to just keep munching on them, and end up consuming 500 or more calories
